ALL RETURNS / EXCHANGE MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA) / 10 WORKING DAYS (OUT OF MALAYSIA)
Bumi Studio accept and borne the return / exchange shipping fee with the below condition only:
- Major Defects
- Wrong Item Sent
- Wrong Size / Colour Sent
*Please note that SALE / Discounted items are not returnable nor exchangeable.
- Exchanges can only be made ONCE per order number.
- All items must be return in their original condition, unwashed, unworn and unaltered with the original tag attached.
– An inspection will be done to ensure that items are in resellable condition before the replacement made. - Slight colour variation / Minor imperfection(loose thread, crease marks etc) are not considered as defects.
- All returns have to be done within 5 working days after a return confirmation email has been sent. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
- All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned conditions will be duly declined and forfeited.
HOW TO RETURN
Email us at bumistudiomy@gmail.com with the following details.
1. order number
2. item(s) name that you wish to return
3. RETURN Reason
4. Proof of defect (photo / Video)
Kindly await for our confirmation email reply before proceeding to step 2.
Pack the item(s) in an appropriate packaging to prevent it from being stained / damaged during transit. You may use any plastic packaging, polymailer or the original packaging.
Print and attach the consignment note from our return email, send out the parcel within 5 working days.
STORE CREDIT
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue store credit for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees.
- Store credit will be provided in the form of a gift card or digital credit and can be used for future purchases at www.bumistudio.com.my
- The store credit will be valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.
ABOUT REFUND
We do not offer cash refund for returned items. Store credit will be the sole method of reimbursement.

TERMS & CONDITION
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a proper polymailer packaging to prevent any damages.
- In the event that your exchange includes an item that is out of stock, we will refund the amount of the item .
- Return shipping charges are not covered for overseas orders.
- Bumi Studio reserves the right to reject any request of exchange or return in certain circumstances.
